In January 2018 my condo suffered a catastrophic water damage event, the condo above had a frozen and ruptured dishwasher line. Water ran for one to two days. As a result my unit was flooded with water, several room ceilings were collapsing, and most of the walls were saturated with water.
Jeff Ashley and his crew were on site within an hour after being called, his workers moved rapidly to deconstruct walls, ceilings, trim and eventually 90% of my condo. Extra-large commercial dehumidifiers and high speed fans were brought in, and an environmental firm was called in to evaluate the water damage and create a remediation plan. All this was done under the careful and professional supervision of Mr. Ashley.
As a result of Mr. Ashley's expertise and carefully implemented remediation, my unit was quickly deconstructed, dried out, passed clearance from an the environmental firm, and I was able to expeditiously rebuild my unit. Mr. Ashley and his crew met all professional standards for remediation and clearly exceeded all expectations for customer service, particularly clear and updated communications during the process.
I am happy to recommend Mr. Ashley for any project, be it small or catastrophic, as was mine. I am confident he and his company will meet if not exceed all standards for excellence and kindness.
